LIMITED WARRANTY
STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY
After purchasing a Conversion Unit, please complete the WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD and return it to FCW within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. FCW must be notified within two (2) years from the date of purchase of any defect in materials or workmanship encountered during normal use.
WHO IS COVERED?
The original owner (with proof of purchase).
WHAT IS COVERED?
Any defect in materials or workmanship performed at FCW.
FCW will, at our discretion, repair the defect, or replace the part. If we replace a defective part, we will keep the defective part.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Normal use and service does not include damage by breakage during shipment, vandalism, fire, flood, or other acts of God; nor does it include normal wear and tear, any alterations or modifications performed without the approval in writing by FCW, misuse or careless handling, negligence to provide proper care and maintenance, or accidental discharge. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which will vary, from state to state.
HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the warranty registration card within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
If there is a question whether the conversion unit should be returned or parts purchased please call

All conversion units will be shipped to FCW at the owner's expense.
All warranty repairs will be returned to the owner at FCW's expense.
1. Please return your conversion unit in its case or similarly padded packaging.
2. Include a brief note including:
a. Your name, address and phone number
b. A description of the problem you are having
c. What type of frame you have your conversion unit on
d. What type of ammunition you are using, if it pertains to your warranty
e. Any other information you find that may be helpful
3. Ship to the following address:

4. If there is a charge involved with the repair, we will contact you before the repair is done.
